Celebrate 145 years of the Grand Union Hotel for the Holiday at the Inn 2021. Decor will represent the many uses of the first commercial building in the Conejo Valley starting with the Grand Union Hotel that opened in 1876 and reopened on July 4, 1976 as the Stagecoach Inn Museum. Did you know that the building was used for church services, school, restaurants and much more? Unwrap the Grand Union Hotel tells the story of the building, with a patriotic twist in decor, music and lights.

Holiday at the Inn Nightlife on Fridays showcases a variety of live musical performances and lights throughout the grounds. Gate on Susan Drive opens at 6:15pm; the show starts at 6:30pm. Guests will be greeted in the beautifully decorated Inn, Timber School, Tri-Village and Blacksmith Shop by knowledgeable costumed docents. Young guests will receive a gift bag while Santa's workshop's supplies last. Looking for a fun gift or stocking stuffer visit the hotel's saloon and general store (The Emporium). Stop in Anderson Hall for a refreshment treat. Of course, Santa Claus will be atop his stagecoach for photos!

Music, Readers theater A Christmas Carol, holiday decor
Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol will be performed as Readers Theater on the Grand Porch at 2:00pm on Saturdays. Throughout the grounds, musicians will be strumming, piping and singing. You may even find a dancer or two. Stationed in every wonderfully decorated building, our costumed docents share the tales of each. Be sure to browse the hotel's saloon and general store (The Emporium) for a fun gift. Stop at the Carriage House for a photo with Santa Claus!
