Become A Part of History

Our specially trained docents preserve history every day. Our docents share their love of the rich history of the Conejo Valley with museum visitors young and old alike. these talented volunteers make history relevant to today’s times and help history come alive! 

Other Ways to be a Volunteer:

  • Lead tours of the museum for adults and children

  • Greet visitors at the reception desk

  • Be a part of educating schoolchildren

  • Train to be a REAL blacksmith in the Blacksmith Shop

  • Help in the office or gift shop

  • Design and install exhibits

  • Research historical objects

  • Become a Junior Docent or Student Intern

  • Be part of special events and holiday activities

  • Enjoy being part of a great group of people

  • Make a valuable contribution to our community


    The Stagecoach Inn Museum appreciates all of its volunteers for their commitment to preserving, maintaining, and exhibiting to the community the extensive historical record of the Conejo Valley and is committed to educating the citizens of the Conejo Valley about its cultural heritage.
